As part of the exhibition Future/Past - May to July 2008, Erewash Museum, Ilkeston - artists Hugh Dichmont and Chie Hosaka compiled an archive of previously unseen artefacts, which presented the story of Ilkeston born gardner-come-scientist Horace Jonathan Marney. As well as original items from the Marney family and Erewash Borough Council collections, the exhibit included artisitic interpretations of several of Marney's sketches and writings.
